College Cuisine: A crash course

Pasta With Vegetables

Total time: 20 minutes
Servings: 3

Ingredients:
Penne pasta
Spinach
Half a pint of cherry tomatoes
5 oz. of Feta cheese
Apple vinegar
Olive Oil OR Italian dressing

For pasta:
Set water to boil in a pot on medium high and when it boils put the penne pasta in the pot for about 12 minutes.
When boiled, drain and put in mixing bowl.

Vegetables:
In a pan, put a tiny bit of olive oil until the oil gets hot. Once the oil is hot, put the spinach in the pan and cook it until the spinach gets soft and turns a darker green. When done put in mixing bowl with the pasta.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and put in mixing bowl with everything else.

Finishing touches:
Add Feta cheese to mixing bowl.

To serve immediately:
Pour some Italian dressing on it and enjoy

To serve later:
Pour apple vinegar and olive in it and set it in the refrigerator for 8 hours or until ready to eat.
