Montevallo restaurant 3-D Dogs closed as of earlier this month. However, not only has Montevallo’s location closed, but so has the Calera and Clanton locations. All numbers for the locations have been disconnected, and the Montevallo 3-D Dogs Facebook page has been removed. This leaves only the Clanton page and the page for the 3-D Dogs food truck still intact.

According to founder Sean Desment’s Facebook page, 3-D Dogs is now opening in Pensacola, Florida. The owner has not yet responded with comments about the business moving out of state and what his reasons for doing so are.

3-D Dogs first opened in Billingsley, AL in 2003 then moved to Prattville and attempted to open in Maplesville, which was unsuccessful. The Clanton 3-D Dogs opened in 2012 with the Calera and Montevallo locations opening in 2013, according to the Shelby County Reporter. The new location in Pensacola will open sometime this year
